Donate in memory of a loved one

We understand that losing someone close to you can be incredibly hard and it can be difficult to know how best to honour them. 

If LionHeart was one of the charities close to your loved one's heart, you may wish to donate to us in their memory. A donation in memory can be a wonderful way of commemorating how much they cared about LionHeart and what we do, or a way of expressing their gratitude for a profession and career they appreciated. 

Donations to LionHeart allow us to respond swiftly and compassionately to surveyors experiencing difficult times, providing them with counselling, advice or financial support.We help people from the very beginning of their career, right through to retirement, and can help their families too. 

There are several ways you can donate in someone's memory: 

Funeral Collection 

Collecting donations for charity instead of buying flowers at a funeral or other remembrance service can be a special way to celebrate your loved one's life and passions, whilst helping others at the same time.
Funeral directors are usually happy to help organise collections. We'll be very pleased to help them so if they have any questions, please ask them to get in touch with our fundraiser, Faye Smith. We can also provide details for bank transfers.

Fundraise 

You may wish to fundraise in memory of your loved one. By using JustGiving you can set up your fundraising page in their memory when organising an event or activity, or you can simply create a tribute page to collect donations from friends and family members.
